I. Client Introduction
GRD Company is an enterprise advancing full digital transformation, regarding data as a core strategic asset. With a global business layout, the operational efficiency and data processing capability of its Qatar branch are directly linked to the group's overall digitalization process. As an enterprise with high requirements for data storage, real-time processing and business continuity, GRD urgently needed professional foreign trade equipment and customized data center solutions adaptable to Qatar's extreme climate to support stable regional business operations.
II. Project Background and Pain Points
The Qatar region faces extreme climate challenges, with ambient temperatures reaching up to 50°C and frequent intense sandstorms, imposing strict tests on the weather resistance and stability of data centers. Traditional data centers have shortcomings such as inflexible design, long construction cycles and poor adaptability to extreme conditions, which cannot meet GRD's core demands for rapid deployment, 7×24-hour stable operation and technical customization. Conventional solutions are prone to equipment overheating, dust clogging and operational interruptions, seriously affecting business progress, thus an urgent need for containerized data center solutions resistant to extreme environments.
III. Customized Equipment Solutions
Tailored to the client's needs and regional climate characteristics, we delivered a 40-foot customized containerized data center solution as the core foreign trade equipment. The solution configuration covers a complete operating system: 10 server cabinets (total capacity 63 kW), two 90 kVA modular UPS systems (with 10-minute battery backup), four 25 kW in-row precision air conditioners, combined with a full-featured DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) system and N+1 redundancy design, ensuring data storage and real-time processing needs. Meanwhile, extreme environment adaptability is enhanced by equipping high-temperature-resistant components (cables, connectors, fan motors rated for 85°C) and an IP5X high-efficiency dust-proof system, adapting to 50°C high temperatures and sandstorms, and solving environmental challenges comprehensively from hardware configuration to protection design.
IV. On-Site Execution and Support
To achieve the rapid delivery goal, we adopted the "freeze-track-green-channel" exclusive delivery method: first locking the technical plan and solidifying parameters 24 hours a day, tracking milestones with daily progress updates, and opening up a supply-chain green channel to ensure component supply. A professional technical team was dispatched to Qatar to provide full-process on-site support, optimizing equipment installation and commissioning processes in combination with local climate conditions, focusing on testing the sealing of the dust-proof system, the operation status of high-temperature-resistant components and the adaptability of the redundancy system to ensure equipment compatibility in extreme environments. Finally, the first batch of solutions was delivered three days ahead of schedule, achieving 100% first-time acceptance with no rework required.
V. Project Achievements and Long-Term Cooperation
After project implementation, the customized containerized data center achieved 7×24-hour stable and continuous operation in 50°C high temperatures and sandstorms, completely eliminating the risks of equipment overheating, clogging and operational interruptions, and fully meeting GRD's business needs. The IP5X filtration system tripled filter lifespan and halved maintenance intervals, while the 85°C-rated high-temperature components reduced equipment aging by 70%, significantly lowering the client's long-term maintenance and replacement costs. Rapid delivery helped the client launch data-dependent business operations in advance. The project achievements have been highly recognized by GRD, laying a solid foundation for in-depth cooperation between the two parties in global extreme-environment data center projects, and further demonstrating our core advantages in customized industrial equipment and overseas project execution.

I. Client Introduction
Sinus-Dochi LLC is a leading HVAC service company in Mongolia, with a professional team of technical engineers specializing in the refrigeration field. It has rich experience and regional influence in the operation and maintenance of industrial and commercial equipment, as well as refrigeration system design. To improve the construction of its own data center facilities, the company sought cooperation with a professional foreign trade equipment service provider to create an efficient and stable exclusive cooling system to meet the temperature control needs of the data center's continuous operation.
II. Project Background and Pain Points
With the increase in the business load of the data center, the original cooling system gradually failed to meet the high-load operation requirements, with problems such as insufficient cooling efficiency, high energy consumption, and poor temperature control precision, leading to a high PUE value of the computer room and increased long-term operating costs. Meanwhile, the data center has high equipment density and concentrated heat sources. The unreasonable air distribution of traditional cooling solutions is prone to local overheating, threatening the safe operation of equipment. The client urgently needed a customized cooling solution with high energy efficiency, intelligent regulation, stability and reliability, which could adapt to the hot and cold aisle layout of the data center and improve overall operational efficiency.
III. Customized Equipment Solutions
Based on the client's core needs, we tailored the DataRow series in-row precision air conditioning solution as the core foreign trade equipment to solve the temperature control problems of the computer room. The core configuration of the solution includes in-row precision air conditioners equipped with DC inverter compressors and smart digital control systems, adopting core components of world-renowned brands to ensure stable equipment performance. The in-row installation design allows the cooling source to be close to the heat source, accurately adapting to the hot and cold aisle layout and optimizing air distribution; the inverter compressor can dynamically adjust the output power, and with EC centrifugal fans, it can automatically adjust the air supply volume according to the computer room load. At the same time, it integrates N+1 redundancy design and realizes precise temperature control through the smart control system, comprehensively reducing the overall PUE value of the computer room and improving cooling efficiency and operational reliability.
IV. On-Site Execution and Support
To ensure the precise implementation of the solution, we set up a professional technical team to provide full-process on-site services in Mongolia. Combining the client's computer room layout and hot-cold aisle planning, the team optimized the equipment installation position and pipeline arrangement to ensure seamless adaptation between the in-row air conditioners and existing facilities. During the installation process, core components such as inverter compressors and smart control systems were finely debugged to verify the operation status and energy-saving effect of the equipment under different loads. Simultaneously, special training was conducted for the client's technical team, covering equipment operation specifications, smart control system operation and maintenance, fault diagnosis and daily maintenance points, helping the client quickly master independent operation and maintenance capabilities.
V. Project Achievements and Long-Term Cooperation
At present, the DataRow series in-row precision air conditioning system has been fully installed, debugged and put into stable operation. The precise temperature control, high energy efficiency and stable operation performance of the equipment fully meet the client's expectations. By optimizing air distribution and intelligent regulation, the PUE value of the computer room has been significantly reduced, the cooling efficiency has been greatly improved, effectively solving the problems of local overheating and high energy consumption, and providing a solid guarantee for the safe operation of data center equipment.
