To improve the construction of its own data center facilities, the company sought cooperation with a professional foreign trade equipment service provider to create an efficient and stable exclusive cooling system to meet the temperature control needs of the data center's continuous operation.
II. Project Background and Pain Points
With the increase in the business load of the data center, the original cooling system gradually failed to meet the high-load operation requirements, with problems such as insufficient cooling efficiency, high energy consumption, and poor temperature control precision, leading to a high PUE value of the computer room and increased long-term operating costs. The unreasonable air distribution of traditional cooling solutions is prone to local overheating, threatening the safe operation of equipment. The client urgently needed a customized cooling solution with high energy efficiency, intelligent regulation, stability and reliability, which could adapt to the hot and cold aisle layout of the data center and improve overall operational efficiency.
III. Customized Equipment Solutions
Based on the client's core needs, we tailored the DataRow series in-row precision air conditioning solution as the core foreign trade equipment to solve the temperature control problems of the computer room. The core configuration of the solution includes in-row precision air conditioners equipped with DC inverter compressors and smart digital control systems, adopting core components of world-renowned brands to ensure stable equipment performance. The in-row installation design allows the cooling source to be close to the heat source, accurately adapting to the hot and cold aisle layout and optimizing air distribution; the inverter compressor can dynamically adjust the output power, and with EC centrifugal fans, it can automatically adjust the air supply volume according to the computer room load.
