High-Quality Rack Manifold for Cold-Plate Liquid Cooling Solutions
The MDU030D is a double-row rack manifold with a welded body, built for blind-mate docking inside high-density server racks. Its port positions are held to ±0.15mm, so the couplers engage the rack tray reliably as servers are slid in.
Offered in 30x30 / 40x40 / 50x50 mm face sizes and in SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, it is gas- and liquid-pressure tested to guarantee zero leakage and rated from -180°C to 400°C for both coolant and facility-side service.

Every manifold is gas- and liquid-pressure tested to guarantee zero leakage. Its double-row welded structure feeds each rack position evenly, and the assembly is rated from -180°C to 400°C.
