Quick Disconnect Coupling for Liquid Cooling Solutions
The UQD Series is the universal quick disconnect coupling in our liquid cooling family. One body design covers 2, 4, 6 and 8 inch equivalents, so a facility can standardise on a single coupling type across its loops instead of stocking a different part for every line size, and it is rated as universal for both load and working medium.
The body is built on a SUS304 or SUS316 stainless base, which keeps the wetted surfaces corrosion-resistant in glycol, aqueous solution and deionized water. Both halves seal themselves the moment they separate, so a loop can be opened and re-made without draining it; seals are available in EPDM (-45°C to 150°C with ethylene glycol), FKM and NBR, and the interface can be thread, flange, barb or union.

The UQD Series is the universal member of the family: the same body design is offered in 2, 4, 6 and 8 inch equivalents, so a single coupling type can be specified across a whole facility instead of matching a different part to every line size. Both halves are self-sealing, so a loop can be opened and re-made without dumping its coolant.
The UQD Series is built on a SUS304 or SUS316 stainless base, which keeps the wetted surfaces corrosion-resistant in glycol, aqueous solution and deionized water loops. Seal options are EPDM (rated -45°C to 150°C with ethylene glycol), FKM for aggressive media and NBR, and the interfaces can be supplied as internal thread, external thread, flange, pagoda (barb) or union.
