Quick Disconnect Coupling for Liquid Cooling Solutions
The CGQ Series is the quick connector member of our liquid cooling coupling family, made for light load lines where a technician couples and releases the loop many times a day. The steel balls fasten directly into the mating groove, so a single short hand movement completes the joint - there is no sleeve to slide back first, no wrench and no torque setting.
Because it runs on glycol and aqueous solution, the seal package matters more than the body: the standard EPDM seal keeps its elasticity from -45°C to 150°C with ethylene glycol or deionized water, and both halves close the circuit the moment they separate, so a manifold can be opened without draining the rack. Bodies come in SUS304, SUS316 or anodized aluminum, with thread, flange, barb and union interfaces.

The CGQ Series is the quick-connector variant: the steel balls fasten directly against the mating groove, so a light-load line is coupled or released with a single short push or pull of the hand. There is no sleeve to slide back first, no wrench and no torque setting, which is what makes it the fastest option for manifolds that are serviced often.
The CGQ Series is built for glycol and aqueous solution loops, where the seal has to stay elastic across the whole operating range. The standard EPDM seal is rated -45°C to 150°C with ethylene glycol and deionized water; FKM and NBR are available for other media, and bodies can be supplied in SUS304, SUS316 or anodized aluminum.
