The High-Performance Row (In-Row Cooling Series) sits at the dense end of our prefabricated modular data center family. Cooling is not handled at room level here: dedicated In-Row air conditioners stand in the same row as the IT cabinets and take the heat out exactly where it is produced. A single row is rated 25 kW – 60 kW+ of cooling and carries 24 – 36 kW+ of IT load across four or more 42U cabinets, with N+1 redundancy available on both the cooling and the power side.
Each row is delivered as a factory-built, fully enclosed ecosystem, so its internal airflow loop stays sealed off from the surrounding building and from the site's own HVAC. That is what holds PUE to 1.25 or lower while leaving the full 42U of every cabinet for revenue-generating servers — and it is the reason this configuration is chosen for AI training clusters, HPC and other high-density rollouts that have to be fitted into a building that already exists.

Cooling is moved out of the rack and into dedicated In-Row air conditioners mounted in the same row as the IT cabinets. A single row is rated 25 kW – 60 kW+ of cooling and carries 24 – 36 kW+ of IT load, so every 42U cabinet keeps its full U-space for servers instead of handing it over to rack-mounted fans — the configuration that high-density AI training and HPC clusters actually need.
Each row is built as a fully enclosed, IP5X rated ecosystem, so the internal airflow loop stays isolated from the dust and noise of the surrounding room. Cooling and power can both be configured N+1 — one standby In-Row unit plus redundant modular UPS modules — which keeps the row running through a single component failure while holding PUE ≤ 1.25.
