The AICoolit-ICM is a 40ft immersion liquid cooling data center module measuring 3200 x 12192 x 3800 mm. Its immersion tanks are served by four 400 KW in-row CDUs and rated 55 KW per cabinet, with a fully liquid 0:10 air-to-liquid ratio. Server nodes sit submerged in non-conductive synthetic oil or nitriding fluid, so heat leaves at the component and there is no room-air cooling path at all.
