The AICoolit-HDC is a 40ft prefabricated cold plate liquid cooling data center module measuring 3200 x 12800 x 3800 mm. Eight 80 KW rack-mounted CDUs and five 50.5 KW in-row air conditioners serve a hall of high-density cabinets at 100 KW per cabinet, with a 2:8 air-to-liquid ratio that puts most of the heat load onto the liquid loop.
