The Wide 42U Liquid Cooling Cabinet is the 800 mm configuration of our cold-plate cabinet platform. It keeps the familiar 1200 mm depth and 2000 mm height of the baseline rack, but the 800 mm width buys 200 mm of extra side clearance around a full 42U of mounting space - room for the vertical manifold, hose bends and cable trays that a narrow cabinet has to squeeze in.
The cabinet body, manifold pipelines, power distribution system and exchange board are pre-integrated into one unit, so no on-site assembly is needed. Each server tray links to the vertical manifold through quick-disconnect liquid cooling hoses, and the rack accepts both upwards and downwards pipe routing. A leakage alarm with a bottom water tray guards the coolant loop at all times.

The Wide 42U model widens the frame to 800 mm while keeping the 1200 mm depth and 2000 mm height, so a full 42U of mounting space comes with 200 mm of extra side clearance - room for the vertical manifold, hose bends and cable trays that a 600 mm cabinet has to squeeze in. Each server tray connects to the manifold with a pair of quick-disconnect hoses, and the rack accepts both upwards and downwards pipe routing. A dual power supply system keeps the manifold and the IT load running through a single-source failure.
Coolant safety is engineered into the chassis rather than added on site. A leakage alarm and a dedicated water tray sit at the base of the cabinet, giving continuous monitoring and containment for the coolant loop. Power distribution and the exchange board are already fitted inside the 42U frame, so the wide rack arrives ready for internal equipment and the connection interfaces are in place before the first server is slid in.
