The SYM500 is a modular uninterruptible power supply for data centers and mission-critical facilities, rated at 500kVA. It is built from five 100 kVA hot-swappable power modules, so a module can be added or replaced without taking the load off the system.
Three-level inverter and IGBT rectification keep efficiency at ≥96% with THDi below 3%, while the wide 138~485 VAC input window tolerates unstable grids. Output is 380/400/415 VAC in a 3 phase N PE system, supervised by an LCD touchscreen and RS232 / RS485 / MODBUS / SNMP communications.

The system is built from 100 kVA hot-swappable power modules, and this configuration carries five of them for a rating of 500kVA. Each module operates independently, so a single module fault or a service swap does not interrupt power for the data center server clusters.
Three-level inverter and IGBT rectification technology keep efficiency at ≥96%, with an ECO mode for further savings when the grid is stable. THDi stays below 3%, limiting harmonic interference and energy waste in large data centers.
Overload tolerance covers 110% load for 60 minutes and 150% load for 1 minute, switching to bypass immediately above 150%. The wide 138~485VAC input window keeps the system online through unstable grid conditions.
An LCD touchscreen shows module status, load rate and battery health in real time, while RS232, RS485, MODBUS and SNMP interfaces allow remote diagnosis and historical log tracking from the facility management system.
