The Standard 42U Liquid Cooling Cabinet is the baseline configuration of our cold-plate cabinet platform. Its steel frame measures 600 mm wide, 1200 mm deep and 2000 mm high, yet it still offers a full 42U of mounting space, so a single narrow rack can carry a high-density cold-plate payload without widening the white space of your room.
The cabinet body, manifold pipelines, power distribution system and exchange board are pre-integrated into one unit, so no on-site assembly is needed. Each server tray links to the vertical manifold through quick-disconnect liquid cooling hoses, and the rack accepts both upwards and downwards pipe routing. A leakage alarm with a bottom water tray guards the coolant loop at all times.

The Standard 42U model is built on a 600 mm wide, 1200 mm deep and 2000 mm high steel frame that still offers a full 42U of mounting space, so a single narrow cabinet can carry a high-density cold-plate payload. Each server tray connects to the vertical manifold with a pair of quick-disconnect hoses, and the rack accepts both upwards and downwards pipe routing to match the layout of your room. A dual power supply system keeps the manifold and the IT load running through a single-source failure.
Coolant safety is engineered into the chassis rather than added on site. A leakage alarm and a dedicated water tray sit at the base of the cabinet, giving continuous monitoring and containment for the coolant loop. Power distribution and the exchange board are already fitted inside the 42U frame, so the rack arrives ready for internal equipment and the connection interfaces are in place before the first server is slid in.
