Product Description

The AICoolit™ Immersion Cooling Module adopts full-immersion liquid cooling technology, where server components are directly submerged in non-conductive synthetic oil or nitriding fluid for near-perfect heat dissipation. Housed in a 40-foot container (12192×3200×3800 mm), it integrates 4×400KW in-row CDUs and modular tanks to support 55KW per cabinet power density.

Optimized for blockchain mining, supercomputing, and extreme-density AI clusters, it achieves a PUE of less than 1.2 with closed-loop cooling (dry cooler or closed-circuit tower). Equipped with a 1000KVA redundant UPS, dual-sealed tanks, and real-time coolant monitoring, it ensures 24/7 stable operation with zero local hotspots and minimal environmental impact.

1. Is the immersion coolant environmentally friendly and safe?
The adopted synthetic oil/nitriding coolant is non-toxic, non-flammable, biodegradable, and complies with RoHS and REACH environmental standards. Even if accidental leakage occurs, it will not cause environmental pollution or safety hazards.
2. How to maintain the servers in the immersion tank?
The immersion tank adopts a modular design, and a single cabinet can be pulled out independently for maintenance without draining the coolant of the entire tank. The coolant has good insulation and lubrication properties, and will not cause damage to server components during maintenance.
3. What is the energy-saving effect compared with air cooling?
The PUE of the immersion cooling module is as low as 1.08, which is 40-60% more energy-efficient than traditional air-cooled solutions. For a 1000KW computing cluster, it can save more than 1.2 million kWh of electricity per year, significantly reducing operating costs.
4. Can it be retrofitted from existing cold plate cooling systems?
Yes, we provide customized transformation solutions. The existing CDU and cooling pipeline system can be reused, only the server cabinet needs to be replaced with an immersion tank, and the transformation can be completed within 7 days without interrupting business for a long time.
