The High-Quality Immersion Cooling Tank for Liquid Cooling is engineered to tackle high-density computing challenges. By completely submerging servers in insulating coolant, this solution achieves ultimate heat dissipation efficiency with a PUE lower than 1.2.

Our modular system consists of core components including the Immersion Tank, CDU (Coolant Distribution Unit), and outdoor heat rejection units (Dry Cooler/Cooling Tower). We typically use Synthetic Oil or fluorinated fluids as the insulating coolant. They are non-conductive, non-corrosive, and thermally stable, ensuring equipment safety.
2. What is the operating temperature of the coolant?
The system is designed to operate with a coolant temperature below 45°C (adjustable). This medium-temperature operation enhances the natural cooling efficiency of the dry cooler.
3. Is the equipment noisy? Is it suitable for office areas?
It is very quiet. By removing high-speed fans from the servers, the overall noise is controlled at 55-60dB, equivalent to normal conversation volume, making it suitable for labs or office proximity.
