With the continuous expansion of WebSat's business scale, the demand for massive data storage and processing has increased significantly. Its existing data center computer room is facing the problem of insufficient core load, which cannot meet the computing power expansion needs brought by business growth. Meanwhile, as a global communication enterprise, the 7x24-hour stable operation of the data center is directly related to business continuity, and the client has strict requirements on the safety and redundancy of the computer room temperature control equipment. In addition, energy conservation and consumption reduction are the core demands of enterprise cost control. III. Customized Equipment Solutions
Guided by the client's core needs, we provided WebSat with a customized solution of precision air conditioners as the core foreign trade equipment to meet the upgrading needs of its data center. The solution is configured with 5 units of 70KW precision air conditioners, combined with dedicated compressors, high-efficiency filters and supporting accessories, forming a complete temperature control system. To meet the client's future business expansion needs, the solution adopts N+1 redundancy design, ensuring that when a single device is under maintenance or malfunctions, the overall temperature control system can still operate stably, avoiding business interruption risks. At the same time, it integrates core energy-saving technologies to improve temperature control precision while reducing unit energy consumption, balancing stability, expandability and economy, and fully matching data center operation standards.
IV. On-Site Execution and Support
To ensure the efficient implementation of the project, we set up a dedicated technical team to provide full-process on-site services in Singapore. After the equipment arrived, the team optimized the installation path and equipment placement position in combination with the existing layout of the computer room, accurately connected to the original infrastructure, and avoided interfering with the existing business of the computer room.
